Confirmation and Cancellation Policy
- Booking confirmation subject to availability at the time of making advance payment.
- Confirmation of reservations is Cancellation / Postponement made 07 days prior the check-in date, No cancellation charges.
- Any Cancellation / Postponement made within 07 days to check-in, 100% of the bill value will be levied.
- No show & Early check-out charge 100% full amount.
Terms and Conditions
- Room tariff shall be same for single and double occupancy.
- Mini Bar is chargeable.
- Our cottages are ideally designed for double occupancy with one king-sized bed.
- Extra person shall be allowed in a Suite Cottage. Extra bed in Suite Cottage shall be provided in the Living Room.
- Extra person shall be accommodated in the Luxury Cottage on guest request. Extra person in Luxury Cottage is provided in a 5 feet sofa- convertible bed in the bed room.
- Meals included in the packages will be served at the Falls – the multi-cuisine restaurant.
- Meals included in the package cannot be redeemed through in-room dining services and shall be charged as per the menu kept in the room (Timings from 08:00am to 09:30pm)
- Original Govt. validated ID proof with Photo of all the guests travelling to the resort is required at the time of Check-In
- We request our guest to carry Nylon swimsuit, Cream and Lotion Kit. Swimsuits are also available at our curio shop at Verandah on additional cost.
- We request you to make prior appointment for any experience such as a trek or yoga session, or alter the suggested schedule that will be given to you at the time of Check-in to suit your convenience.
- Some of the activities such as the bird-watching trail for instance are subject to season and weather conditions.
- Outside food and pets are not allowed in the resort.
- All tariffs mentioned above are Inclusive 18% GST
- We will continue to offer dynamic pricing for the financial year 2022-2023. Contracted rates are early bird pricing, which is only applicable for booking confirmed 15 days prior to check in.
- For bookings within 16 days of Check in BAR Rates OR Contracted rates, whichever is lesser shall be applicable.
